CTR Pulse Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 September 2026.

Operator and eligibility

CTR Pulse is provided by AB Testing Ltd, EIK 206916137, 12 Nikolay Liliev Street, Floor 1, Office 2, Lozenets District, Sofia 1421, Bulgaria. You must be at least 16 to use the service. If you use it for an organisation, you must be authorised to do so.

The service

CTR Pulse lets people publish thumbnail comparisons and collect favourites and ratings. Voting does not require an account. Results reflect participating voters' preferences; they do not predict or guarantee YouTube click-through rates, revenue, or performance. The service is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube.

Accounts and recovery codes

Provide an email address you control and protect your password. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Let us know about suspected unauthorised access.

Keep recovery codes private. A person with a valid code can access, edit, delete or claim the associated retained tests. A recovery code is not a backup and cannot restore expired or deleted tests.

Your content

You retain your rights in the material you submit. You give us permission to host, reproduce, resize and display it, and to use service providers on our behalf as necessary to operate CTR Pulse. This permission is limited to providing and protecting the service and handling applicable legal obligations.

Only submit material you have the right to use and make public. Test pages, thumbnails and results are public and may be shared or copied by others. Do not upload private or confidential material.

Acceptable use

Do not use CTR Pulse to publish unlawful content, infringe copyright or other rights, harass or threaten people, promote hatred or violence, publish pornography or graphic shock content, or disclose others' private information without a lawful basis. Do not manipulate votes, bypass access controls, distribute malware, or interfere with the service.

We may restrict content or access where reasonably necessary to address violations, security risks or legal obligations. Where applicable law requires reasons, notice or a means of challenge, we will provide them. You can contact us using the details below about a restriction or rights concern.

Test expiry and account deletion

Tests created without an account normally remain available for 48 hours. Account-owned tests do not have that automatic expiry.

You can delete individual tests. When deleting your account, you can also delete your tests or choose to keep them for a further 48 hours. During temporary retention, you can edit or delete them using the access provided. To retain them beyond the deadline, create and confirm an account and claim them before the 48 hours end. Save the supplied recovery code if you need to return from another browser or after your current browser session ends.

Expired tests become unavailable and are subsequently removed by our scheduled deletion process. Account deletion is permanent. A new account does not restore the previous account. Saving a code alone does not extend a test's deadline. Deletion does not remove copies that third parties have independently made.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep CTR Pulse available, but it may be interrupted or changed for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Keep your own copies of important source images. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that voting results will meet a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer rights. Liability is determined under applicable law.

Privacy

Our Privacy and Cookie Notice explains the information processed, cookies, retention and your rights. Optional persistent login is controlled by the separate Keep me signed in choice.

Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes and will give appropriate notice of material changes. Where required by law, changes will not apply without the required notice or agreement.

Bulgarian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their habitual residence. Nothing here restricts rights to bring proceedings in a court available to you under mandatory law.
